Basic First Aid
Basic First Aid is an essential skill set that equips individuals with the knowledge and techniques to provide immediate assistance in medical emergencies. This training covers fundamental principles such as assessing the scene, checking for responsiveness, and administering CPR if necessary. Participants learn how to treat common injuries like cuts, burns, and fractures, as well as how to recognize and respond to life-threatening conditions such as choking and cardiac arrest.
Basic life Support (BLS)
Basic Life Support (BLS) is a crucial set of medical techniques aimed at preserving or restoring a patient’s life when they are in a life-threatening situation. BLS training equips individuals with essential skills such as cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), use of automated external defibrillators (AEDs), and techniques for managing choking incidents.
CPR and AED
Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) training are essential components of emergency response education, empowering individuals to effectively intervene in cardiac arrest situations. CPR involves a combination of chest compressions and rescue breaths aimed at maintaining blood circulation and oxygenation in a person whose heart has stopped beating.
